The hotel is nice, clean and maintained. Rented here to make it easier for a 7am flight home from JFK - hotel is 3 block walk to Jamaica Station Air Train. Neighborhood is sketch. Cops outside the front door twice in a few hours - nothing violent, mostly mental needs. I’m a grown man traveling alone and I live in an urban area, so it’s not a problem for me. My wife would have given me side eye if I had rented it for her & kids and made them all walk with luggage on a late Saturday night to the hotel and very early Sunday AM back. Still giving it 4 stars because it met my travel needs well. Just want you to know going in.

This property is very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast service is outstanding. The location near the transit station is very convenient. However, if you have a car, you need to know there is zero parking at the hotel. The only options are very limited street parking or a parking garage 2 blocks away.

Room was basic and clean but there was a couple fighting loudly in the room next door. I called the front desk twice to complain and both times they said they were going to call into the loud couple but the yelling and arguing continued on for hours.
