I was a little worried about the place due to some of the negative reviews but I was really pleased with my experience! The place was really clean with a super convenient location to the train. The staff was super friendly from check in to check out. Raul was super nice and held my bags for me at the hotel while I went and explored the city on my day of check out.

Stayed overnight after long flight from Asia. Checked in after 10 pm. The staff were responsive and efficient. The hotel room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Generally, quiet, though you could hear the subway at regular intervals. There was no coffee machine in the room but there was coffee available in the lobby. There are a few small cafes in the area for an inexpensive breakfast. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Staff was very friendly, quick walk to the J train station. Nice sized rooms and bathroom, very clean! Train is right next to hotel so can be “loud” to light sleepers and I recommend ear plugs! Nice walkable area with plenty of places to grab food, coffee, or a quick snack!
