The room was clean and comfortable , and staff were friendly and able to help me store luggage at the beginning and end of my trip. Breakfast had a a lot of options and most importantly it was a quick and easy walk to the subway and I was able to get everywhere I wanted to go super quickly.

First thing the steps to go into the hotel are very high and inconvenient to get in there is no ramp to make it easier. There is only one elevator and it’s small. The breakfast area is small for all the guests. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on the only downside is the water pipes screeching all night. Otherwise the service was good very nice employees. Before thinking of staying there again I would have to shop around finding something a little better.

Did not have breakfast at location, did have a restaurant next door to hotel but did not dine in as there were plenty of food options in walkable distance. right in the center of Koreatown and in distance of all the main attractions in Manhattan. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Excellent experience! Clean, quiet and comfortable room, friendly staff, lovely dining area for breakfast. They even let us store our luggage after we checked out since our flight was so late. It allowed us to meet up with family for lunch.
