Decent property. Thought the Luxe Queen Balcony room would be a bit bigger but it was still okay. Nice bar / lounge area downstairs. Staff was very nice. Definitely have stayed at nicer hotels for the price in other cities...but hey, it's NYC lol

Nice place, not too fancy. They have a small shop with a coffee and a bar. Walking distance to Grand Central. Rooms are pretty big and the bathroom is ample for NYC standards. The shower could have a little more pressure…

Service was super slow. When you used the phone to call front desk, the call would go to a Florida call center. We asked for towels and didn't receive them. We received robes after 4 hours of calling the front desk. Floors weren't mopped in the rooms. Needed to call housekeeping to clean the room twice. Rooms are super small. Can barely get around. Will not be coming back. Do not suggest a stay here.

I like the property because it is right by the M 42 bus line which is super convenient. It is also right near Grand Central Station. It was quiet and far enough removed from Times Square that it wasn’t overwhelming. I also liked the on-site bar/coffee/canteen. Service Staff was fantastic!
