You advertise 24 hour shuttle. three times I waited and there was no line and people shoved their way ahead of us. Front desk had three people working, I was in line to check in, and an airline crew skipped the line and got served before the rest of us. " I bet they did not pay $350 per night like I did. They should have to wait like everyone else.

Good stay

The hotel was good and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is the waiting time for check in. There were a lot of people and not much staff. We waited for one hour before getting our room. After this, everything went all right.

Doubletree JFK close and convent to JFK. Had trouble with checking system but with manager assistance and Hilton Honors was given upgrade. Room was updated clean and spacious.

Pleasant night stay

My stay at Double tree was very short a quick overnight to get my flight in the morning. The lobby was filled with people checking in at midnight but the staff were very pleasant and courteous to deal with all those people at that time. The shuttle was very quick in the evening which was a plus.

I am going to give you the honest truth. The location may my be a bother when i comes to finding parking. The hotel offers parking but for a rather hefty fee per night. The staff was amazing, defiantly 5 stars. My flight arrived early and provided an early check in. The onsite buffet was fairly tasty. I beets having to order out or search for a quick meal after a long day. Breakfast and dinner options were available. If meals aren't included in the booking the out of pocket fee is around $25 USD. My son enjoyed the warm cookies offered around the clock. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. I hope my review was helpful.

Nice clean, modern, and quiet room. Shuttle service was sketchy as they were supposed to run to the airport every half hour but the staff had to call them to get them rolling! Take a taxi instead. It's about 15 minutes from JFK which is a plus!

Convenient to airport, Nice sized room and great AC. Nice staff. One glitch was the fire alarm went off at 6 am, but glad it was a mistake and not in the middle of the night. Lots of people were staying here and enjoying the restaurant and bar.
