Shuttle was good, everything else was good except our room was next to a power unit outside which ran all night and was very noisy. Got no sleep at all.

The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The restaurant not so fine. Service was slow, french fries were cold when served. Because there were no other restaurants in the vicinity, the food was over priced. The neighborhood was poor. The hotel was okay for a very quick in/out stay with just a room needed.

I experienced an unforseen situation in my family and had to do an emergency cancelation. The outcome of my cancelation was very disappointing, especially considering my situation. Every time I visit New York, my first option is always the DoubleTree Hotel. Why support a business that is not supportive nor empathetic during a time of need, especially during a time of unforseencircumstances. Once again, I am extremely disappointed and would actually reconsider booking here again.

Airport shuttle itself was the star of the stay. Free and with the massive traffic congestion in that area, one could connect to public transportation from the AirTrain from the airport. There were no a la carte offerings for breakfast so $25 plus tax was too much to pay for the little that I ate.

The airport shuttle pick up from the airport was very disappointing and we had to wait for about an hour, not what you want when your flight was 7 hours long, having been delayed by 2 hours. It was an overnight stay so didn’t see much of the hotel at all.

This was a terrible stay. Staff spoke very poor English, hard to communicate with everybody. No instructions for dining, rude greeter. TV was broke (bad speakers). A/C was very loud.
