Stopped at the front desk the day before to add my husband on the reservation so he could check in while I was at an event. I was assured his name was added. My husband attempted to check into the room and he was told he was not listed anywhere on the reservation. I had to talk to the front desk by phone and give permission. Was told it was a glitch or the overnight shift had failed to add him when I visited in person with them the night before.
Tonight just before going to bed after a long day, I realized my bedside table with built in outlets and my bedside lamp were not plugged in. No outlet within reach. Contacted the front desk (11:15 pm). Explained I needed a power strip in order to plug in the bedside table due to the location of the outlets in the room and the length of cord attached to table. Explained I needed to plug in sleep equipment. A short time later a 30 ft orange industrial cord was delivered.
My husband had to fish the lg extension cord behind the headboard to plug it into the outlet on his side of the bed.
For almost $600 for one night I would have appreciated staff having an appropriate power strip on each side of the bed like the room I stayed in for the previous two nights or at the very least coming into the room to get things set up for me.
Very comfortable beds and pillows.
Bathrooms are definitely not sound proof.
