very average in all areas.the 4 main chairs in the special lounge area in the lobby all have rips/tears/ in the seat. almost funny they let this go for as long as ive been coming. also, check in staff in general does not seem to enjoy their jobs. horribly overpriced on peak days.
how can a hotel allow this to stay for the past year?? there is only four sitting chairs in this main room called the library and all have large rips in them! geez.

I checked in at the Sheraton at around 4:00 PM (Dec 13) and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the front desk. While waiting to be assisted, I was clearly present at the counter, yet two receptionists appeared to intentionally ignore me. Neither acknowledged my presence nor informed me that they would assist shortly. As a guest, a basic level of courtesy and acknowledgment is expected, especially at a hotel of this standard. The lack of professionalism at check-in set a negative tone for the stay.
