Great location, cleanliness, and service from the staff. Only reason for 4 stars on facilities was 1 elevator was being repaired. They did open up the service elevators for use. It is a large building and there is only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel located on the 1st floor.

This was such a nice gem in the city. The staff were super friendly, they hold your luggage before you check in. It had charm.

The staff was friendly and helpful but I had a couple of things about the room I wasn't okay with. There is a filter in the shower that had not been changed, and it was filthy and a little corrosion in the bathtub. I did not advise the staff (I know I should have) but as awful as that filter was they have been ignoring that for a very long time.
