I always stay here on my trips to NYC because it’s in a great location, the rooms (and hotel) are clean and comfortable and the theaters and restaurants are all close by. I only wish they would put coffee makers back in the rooms that they took out during the pandemic.

Everyone at the hotel was professional and polite. The price was good and the location was convenient to getting everywhere we wanted to go. However, the hotel was in need of updates. The bathtub was rusted and the sink area very small and cramped. There was really no place to put things for three travelers. On two days of our stay, there were hairs in the tub. The second main elevator was out of order when we arrived, then repaired, then out of service again two days later. Maybe this is typical of a New York City hotel room at this price point, but it was way below our usual standards.

good location close to Times Square and transport. Hotel was clean staff very helpful, the only downside for us was notea or coffee facilities in our room however they did suppy it in the foyer between 7am and 10am

The first room had an air conditioner that was so noisy I couldn’t stay in the room The second room was marginal needed to be r The third room was ok The staff at the front desk were not helpful and the one manager lied to me about room availability I still have received the refund for the money they charge you when you check in

Very friendly front of the counter staff. Rooms were nice although the showers were okay and drained very slowly. Be prepared for long elevator wait times at busy parts of the morning
