Staff not welcoming or friendly not advised no cooked breakfast provided until we discovered no food in the eating area! Upon asking was given a bag of packaged food. Room was tired with stained carpets and walls but very clean including bedding and sheets lots if hot water and good water pressure in shower. Adequate for one night stay as all our flights were cancelled out of JFK.

The cons: room had no lamps, they had been removed, so there were two giant holes beside the bed. Carpet was stained. Towels were very scratchy and thin. The pros: the bed itself was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Overall building was fine & we were on a higher floor so not much noise. Not the worst and it was functional & felt safe so it served its purpose for a short sleep between flights.

I only overnighted but I enjoyed the my room, comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and updated, shower pressure was great . Small fridge which is good for keeping your beer cold. I will definitely stay here again, The area might be a turnoff for some but I had no problems.

NY Carnival

Stayed for NY Carnival. However not sure how close I was to parade because i didnt attended. I was close to airport and fetes though. Was in king room 506. No cold water in the sink, and cable tv wasn't good quality. Small room but was fine for one person.
