We had a great stay...our second time staying here and will stay again if we come back to nyc. We got in our room early...the check in very quick and the guy helping us was super nice and professional....room was nice , clean great view....room was cleaned everyday.....they were also ver nice and friendly....staff that stored our luggage on the last day were great and friendly...even offered me an unbrella...great location just cant say enough good times about this hotel....only neg was it didnt have a steam room .....if you are coming to nyc...you should def give thos hotel a chance

This hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Except for the cleaning lady who walked in our room without knocking several times and the fact that there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Only available by request. The tickets they provide to attractions big plus and the location was great! Overall I would stay here again!

We came up for a weekend of site seeing. This was a great location. Very centrally located for easy walking to everything. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We never felt unsafe. Every inch of the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The bed and pillows were amazing! The shower also was nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby has ample seating for larger groups who want to hang out together outside the rooms. We ate and played cards in the lobby so we could all be together. The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk to Times Square. Definitely worth the price. If I ever go back to New York, I will stay again.

Breakfast should be free. the tiny pancake that spits out of the machine missing its mark is not what I was expecting. Staff did not communicate accurate charges for the stay as well. My receipt and what I was actually charged did not match up.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great and the rooms are a decent size. We like the breakfast as well and were able to find lots of options.
