My family and I had an excellent experience at the W Hotel. The location was perfect, and our suite offered stunning views. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed the live band on Friday night. The rooms were spotless, and overall the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

As always the staff at The W is always top tier!! Everyone is very kind and helpful. The rooms on the other hand are in a terrible state. Just think motel 6 but in Times Square. The shower in our room was literally just a shower curtain. Kind of like a prison shower.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the ambiance was amazing! We were pleased overall but there were two things that bothered us:the window was so dirty we could barely see out of it and we did not like that you can practically see through the frosted glass of the bathroom. That was very uncomfortable and I feel the side windows should be darker. I love my husband but don’t care for him to see my every move while in the restroom.

The W was an awesome hotel. My family and I had a great time. The staff were nice and accommodating. This hotel was also within walking distance from restaurant row, the broadway shows as well as several museums. I would recommend this hotel.

The staffs are friendly. Room has great views and everyone are help shipping our left behind items. Expedia market the room as 1200 sq ft and I payed for that room but our room is 600 sq ft. Wish Expedia be honest about the room and didn’t charged me the price for 1200 sq ft and gave us a 600 something sq ft room. Other than that, hotel is great and we had a great time there.
