Property is run down. Kitchen and bar are closed from 9.30pm so if you’re I arrive late in the evening and are hungry tough luck. Airport shuttle is over priced. For two or more people an uber is way cheaper. Overall very expensive for the standard of the accommodation. Staff were pretty unfriendly as well

All services and staff were very good. I have stayed over the past 5 years and been very happy. However the TV service is poor - no free sport, no 24 hr news compared to other hotels. Also - dinner restaurant and room service is poor - choice is very limited and non "standard" eg. steak, burgers. Also no room delivery.

Unfortunately, there were 2 cancelled flights the day we stayed, which meant lots of travellers staying. Kitchen clearly understaffed, a lot of diners waiting more than 1. 5 hours after ordering, to get meals We waited 1.5 hours, and whilst my meal was delivered, my partner’s meal was forgotten. The staff were clearly swamped and apologetic, and agreed not to charge us for my meal or drinks. My impression was that the place was lightly staffed as it was a public holiday, probably to save paying time & a half wages and incurring days in lieu, and there seemed to be no contingency plan in place for unexpected extra guests. Felt sorry for the staff on the floor. Disappointing, as previous stays have been really good, and we usually have Naumi as our preferred airport accommodation. Hope this feedback provides food for thought for the management team.

Absolutely loved the room, the shower had really good pressure and deep bath was amazing. The outdoor pool was heated which was nice. The reception staff were brilliant and appreciate them getting me into the room early. The only reason I say 4 not 5 star is the restaurant staff let the place down. Still happy to go back as room was comfy.
