As soon as I reached the water was not flowing. And there was no notification when it started working again. I was also stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes and the help buttons within the elevator did not work. I had to call the hotel and then get the direct number to the front desk and call them to come get me out. When I took another elevator down this one did not take me all the way down and I had to carry my heavy luggage down the staircase. No help whatsoever.

Room did not have a lot of advertised amenities. Not one cup in room, had to go to front desk, was given cups. No coffee machine in the room, although said in description on the website. Hotel had a very large amount of weed smell, needed to put a towel under the door just to keep the smell out.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. only downside was room smelled like weed upon arrival, which is my fault because i checked in an hour early, so it didn’t give time to air out but it eventually did. I took a shower and the water wouldn’t go down all day into the next morning.
