Location was excellent. Parking, with a surprise fee, was poor. The attendants mostly just looked at you. Checking out, the only valet attendant didn't even leave his booth. The restaurant had plenty of open seats yet couldn't make a reservation online. The review copy of the bill had a "suggested tip" (party of 2) and the final copy included it, along with an "additional tip" line. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have tipped twice. That really irritated me. Finally the carpets in the long hallway entering the hotel were very old and shabby looking.

The restaurant that is near the hotel The Medallion was great. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.The front desk staff was indifferent to me. I thought I would be able get a ride to the concert hall I was going to, but they told me, an old lady on a cane to walk to it in 95 degrees weather. They told me it was only 3 blocks, but it was over that. I was drenched in sweat going and coming back to the hotel after the concert. A lot of the things they list on the website is not true. I will never stay there again. I was very disappointed.

We had an incredibly good time. The location was prime. It was in walking distance of the Prudential center. The restaurant was good as well as the place across the street the yard they even had a shuttle bus that was free to go to the airport. We will be coming back soon.

I like the shuttle bus to Newark Penn Station, and NWK airport. Sometimes they didn’t enter to the lobby and advice, or only said airport and you have to wait for an hour. The room, I don’t like smooking room, and when we arrived it didnt smell, but as soon you turn on the air conditioning it smell all around, for me that is a 0/10. It is all old furniture with details for the picky customer for me its not a big deal.
