My check in was horrible. The two ladies at the front desk had a bad attitude, they treated me like garbage and tried to overcharge me. They offered other customers from my group early check in and when I ask if I can check in also they wanted to change me $100 dollars extra to check me in. At night I went to the restaurant bar to have a few beers and one of the guys from the restaurant told me he had no control over where people sit so he had no interest in helping us. Too many employees working there that don’t want to be there to help customers they just wanna get paid and do nothing. Also my bathroom door in my room was falling apart and was hard to close for privacy

This hotel is conveniently located near to the airport and the free 24/7 shuttle is even more convenient. The amenities are great but other standout ones are the on-site restaurant (good menu) and indoor pool. The room was clearn and fairly spacious but the shower floor was worn and could do with a redo. Overall, its a good stay.

The room was fine, parking was horrible( drove around for 42 minutes looking for parking in a lot I payed $27 a day for!) and witnessed customer service agent and guest yelling across the lobby floor saying threats on both sides. Did not feel safe in my 1st night at check in but it was too late to go some where else.

We stayed for a week visiting family, so we weren't in the room most of the time, but the beds were too small. When I booked the room, the description said double. I assumed it was a double queen, because it's 2025, and most hotels I've stayed in usually have either a double queen or a king. Nope, it was a full-size bed. Besides the bed size being too small, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping made our beds but didn't bother to dust. My family & I would not stay here again. The most updated thing about this hotel was the elevators, everything was outdated & old.

It was great experience, the indoor pool is nice, and the room is clean. Room cleaning was a bit early in the morning and long time to wait for the elevator but otherwise, it was great.

I paid for a skyline view, pictures showed that it would be lighted skyline view, however once the sunset all you could was the silhouette of dark buildings. (Hidden Fees) It was advertised that breakfast was included once you get to the cafe you’re told that your supposed to have a voucher and if you don’t it will be $24.99 per person and then your sent to the front desk to inquire about free breakfast, once front desk your told that if you didn’t pay for it prior it not included with your stay.. Be mindful that an option to pay for breakfast is not on website to purchase prior to booking. When you arrive to the hotel you have to get a ticket to pay for parking prior to your check ( which could be up to $27 per day… And last but not least..the hotel room would not hold heat.. no matter how high you set once the temp reached the setting the heat would shut off and the room temp would drop and room would be cold.
