First, they lost my reservation; second, the chairs in the lobby area were gross and stained, and we didn't want to sit on them. The bathroom was outdated and unsafe, with a high-wall bathtub that made it difficult to get in and out. The lost reservation (that was made through them) was the worst, and I should have been compensated with at least a free breakfast, especially since I am a Hilton Honors member

The experience was very poor, the staff barely looked on the computer and was already turning me away saying I had no reservation there- when I had already confirmed before my arrival- I had to beg her to look again and then she easily found my reservation. The heat in the room was not working, so I had to sleep through a cold night. The surrounding area outside was not safe nor worth going out to for food, so I tried the food at the hotel, received a cold entree and cold stiff fries- after waiting 30mins for this microwaved food- I waited right outside the kitchen to make sure I got it as soon as it was ready, they must’ve had it sitting there a long time just to disappoint you. They were the kind of people that would’ve taken it back and spit on it if you had complained about it, so I didn’t. You can tell all the staff hate their job and do everything a the barest minimum. I’ve stayed at many DoubleTree locations before and this is by far the very worse. Would’ve been better off at a Holiday Inn or some other Motel. This was not worth paying for at all.

guys never booke this hotel, terrible service, no water in room, no microwave, no brush paste, no good restaurant inside, staffs are rude, no free parking and even after payment u will not get any parking spot, just a money making machine.

The breakfast restaurant closed at 10 am😏 It said 11am on the Doubletree website. And we were willing to pay the $28+. When the hotel doesn't have any other restaurants anywhere nearby, it sucks.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful. “Restaurant” staff were very unfriendly and took a long time to get served sooo very unhelpful. So much so we went next door to the Holiday Inn restaurant Teds Bar & Grill and had excellent service and delicious meal.

The hotel looks nice, however the rooms are outdated smells like beach not in a (pleasant way )and had blood stains the beds are small the bathroom had a smell like a dead mouse, and mold on the vent also the shower tub had all chip paint , the pool motor wasn’t working so the pool was cold , and that was the main reason why I booked at this location.

The front desk was very rude with her attitude and smart mouth responses. I first checked in with Dashonnah which was already a negative experience talking to her friend while accommodating me (which is fine) but never asked if I parked here to get a permit pass, I had to tell her while the other front desk staff was friendly to the guest checking in. Then my room had a odor by the bed as if someone urinated there (the cleaning lady also confirmed that smell was not normal) - I went back to ask Dashonnah for another room where she gave me another look as if I’m ruining her day. The questions she asked me felt condescending like “I should’ve known better” - I already had a terrible day and checking into the hotel make it worse with the way Dashonnah’s services was giving me. I hope she is not like that with anyone else but for me, I’m very upset with my experience.
