Dirty floors, smelly room, toilet won't flush, tiniest water bottles imaginable, bad area, premium money paid but awful experience. Should have just rented an airbnb or a Marriot for the same price. Would NOT recommend at all.

Staff could assist customers a bit earlier rather than make them wait to the exact time to check in. I was there 2:40pm to check in for 3 and I was told I had to wait to 3pm exactly before I could get checked in.
