Not great...

This hotel offers very little beyond the room itself (no restaurant, gym, nice place to hang out, etc.). Other disappointing things include no hot water in the shower, the hotel took a 250 USD deposit upon arrival for a pre-paid room (to be refunded in 3-5 days), and the reception staff is not very friendly. The only good thing is that the hotel is walking distance to the outlet mall (for those interested in that)... But overall, definitely the worst hotel I've stayed at charing 160 USD a night...

There was an incident in the hallway at 1am. After trying to call the front desk to have it addressed my call was once sent to a sales representative line to leave a message and then another to county inn and suites. The lack of communication is concerning as there was no way other than to walk through the hallway in the early morning hrs. I brought it up at checkout but no one seemed concerned.
