The room was clean and comfortable. However, I chose this hotel mainly because the listing stated that an airport shuttle was included and operated every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Upon arrival on a late-night flight, there was no shuttle waiting, and I ended up waiting for about 50 minutes. I was only able to get on the shuttle after several phone calls. During that time, I saw other hotel shuttles running every 15 minutes. On the day of checkout, I faced another delay. Although the shuttle arrived, I was told the driver needed a 30-minute break before departure, so I had to wait around 50 minutes. If you have a tight flight schedule, I strongly recommend confirming the shuttle availability and timing before booking.

The room was nice. The breakfast was just ok. I did like that they have a shuttle to the airport and one to Cape Liberty ( it did cost $35). And don't forget to tip the driver. The front desk employees weren't very friendly. But the bed was very cozy.

I wish I had listened to the reviews. No hot water after 7 am. Because of the hotel was full. Unacceptable. I have stayed at plenty of full hotels. Never had hot water issues ever. No housekeeping at all. When I asked the front desk she rolled her eyes and didn't even care. The grounds are filthy garbage overflowing. The room smelled of sewage. The only bright spot of our stay was the bartender who really cared and was very apologetic. By far the worse experience I've ever experienced.

The amphibian of the hotel is good. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower tub needs proper maintenance. After shower the water will sit for long before going down into the trap. It needs quick intervention

Our family of thirteen booked three rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for bathing for two days, which was especially distressing as my infant, toddler, and other young children were extremely upset and cried a lot. This experience was particularly upsetting for my son, who ended up crying on his birthday as a result. Additionally, we did not feel safe during our stay. One night at 2:30 a.m., someone tried to open our room door, which was very unsettling. The food quality was also poor, and the breakfast options were very limited. Overall, our stay was disappointing and stressful for our entire family.

Rooms are outdated, beds are worn out, there is no way to bring fresh air to the room because windows don't open even a bit, except AC, which is just cooling it and not circulating from outside. Probably because of worn out carpets, there is some not so "fresh" air in the room. Bathrooms seemed to be updated recently. Next criticism goes against hotels.com. I searched for a room for 3 adults and 8 y/o child, which gave me an option of a suite, which had a king bed and small sofa bed. When we came to room, the room was obviously too small to fit all of us, including luggage. We asked at reception if there is a way to get a bigger room and they upgraded us to a bigger room 2x queen + sofa bed, which was much better and we didn't have to pay additional. Thanks to the kind receptionist (sorry forgot the name).

breakfast is nothing everything is dirty in breakfast room , both room is not drained. I have three room rented one has air condition not work when complaint at front desk they have no maintaintion person to fix no other rooms is offered , when went to front desk need to wait 20 minutes finally front desk guy show up he has on intend to help and don't wants different room, terrebal expireance
