The staff was mostly welcoming but the shuttle driver left me standing at the meeting place twice. He doesn't stop, only drives by, and I guess I didn't jump out quickly enough for him to see me. He should be told to come to a complete stop and maybe even get out of the van to announce the shuttle.

The hotel was even better than I thought it would be. It was super cold in NJ when we arrived. We had an event to go to in the evening and we asked if we could check in a little earlier than 3 and they accommodated us. Front desk person was awesome!

The greeting by the receptionist was great she explained everything in detail they gave two bottles of water and keys. The room was clean the bathroom was clean and it was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was great!

The room that I reserved was not available. The first room we were given did not have working heat. The second room we were given, had cold air blowing in the front room but the heat was working in the bedroom. Maintenance never came to check on the issue. I have stayed at this property a few times in the past but will no longer stay here in the future. The room showed lots of wear and tear. It was not an enjoyable experience.
