Area around the property isn't safe and also stinky. The stairs area towards the floor 2 was dirty and had bad smell. Washroom is inconvenient, Room D isn't designed properly as it is noisy and just beside the main entrance. But the good thing is there is a balcony attached but honestly it is of no use as the area outside is unsafe. If you are looking to rest or plan to stay near airport for layovers or anything else then it is good otherwise if you plan to decide up a vacation then this is not the one. 4/10 rating.

It is located in a terrible neighborhood. Drug deals and other activity at all hours of the night right outside the listing said apartment to yourself, which could not be any more false. It is shared quarters with a shared restroom, and I would not recommend

Area was not very safe. I was afraid to park my car on the street so I paid Extra to park in a driveway. The property is a four bedroom apartment which the owner has separated and put locks on the doors to rent each room out. Yeah, sharing the apt. with people who have rented out the other three bedrooms, share living room, share kitchenette, and share bathroom. We were able to upgrade to the suite that was separate from the others and had a private bathroom husband was not going for sharing a bathroom with eight other people. The owner, a African gentleman and the superintendent Spanish female caused communication problems

This property is for low-income travelers, in the heart of the hood. Prostitutes and addicts were across the street from the residence, and the outside was filthy. I wouldn't suggest it for the faint of heart.

Not bad for a good-priced guesthouse. Neighborhood's a bit sketchy but I was there for 2 days and had no trouble w/ my car parking or car itself. It survived 2 nights parked in Newark w/out incident. :)

It was just scam where the owner has listed property which has no bathroom working,no shower pipe,no water facility in the bathroom.It is scam perpetuated by the house owner without business license to operate.Expedia scammed me into this property.Don't even try to get into this property.You will lose your money like I did.
