I was flabbergasted by the friendliness of front desk staff and their focus on my needs each time I stopped by. Combining that with the convenience of the location (right across the street from the train station and parking much more affordable than in NYC), this hotel is a real gem.

Furnishings are a little sparse. No comfortable chair. Sewer waste line is LOUD. You can hear evertime someone uses and flushes the toilet.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious and in a convenient location for me across the street from subway station. You would think it would be a disturbance, but I had no issues.
