I enjoyed my stay... room was spacious... felt more like home than a hotel room... heated pool was amazing... was not a fan of other people coming in and blasting their music when trying to relax... and i asked for a room with a microwave... I was told it'd be a $20 charge and was never provided the microwave... luckily the receptionist was different when I checked out and she resolved my issue but unfortunately it was after the fact....

Customer service is bad. No one answers the phone. Check in line takes over 45min. One 700w dirty microwave in the first floor for an 11floor or more building. Pool completely unattended, people having sex inside pool, drinking. Definitely not a Family oriented building. Very unsafe. Was not able to enjoy pool.

The walls of the rooms was paper thin and everything going on in the neighboring room could be heard and each time their door closed, it sounded like it was slamming. They have a "quiet policy" after 10p; however, people coming back from the bar, along with the neighboring room, the noise kept me and husband from sleeping. After a long drive and another one in store for us the next day, an hour of sleep was all we were able to muster. We should have left or stayed in our car. We won't be back.

They gave away my room after sitting in the lobby waiting for hours. I had to wait 2 more hours to get my room. That same night.. there was an issue with the AC unit and it was 85 degrees in my room. I asked to switch rooms around 2AM because I couldn’t take it and they couldn’t switch me. Also spoke to a manager about refunding me that night and they said yes but haven’t heard back and it’s been over a week and I’ve called every day. Horrible service all around!!!

Amazing Staff Arikel and Lisa

First thing I would like to mention is that Arikel at the front desk does an outstanding job. Definitely does a great job handling the front desk and making people feel welcomed. Also Lisa who I interacted with at the cafe is also amazing. I appreciate the kindness you both shared with me. The hotel is overall a great clean and comfortable place to stay. My first choice anytime I need a hotel. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for everything!
