Long story short, fire alarm malfunctioned 3 times and we were expected to wait outside unsheltered in the cold and rain. Macarthur restaurant staff were bad and we ended up driving to mcdonalds as it was the only thing open at 7pm on a Sunday in the area. Elevators were not operational and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs. The walls were so thin, we could hear the neighbor taking a leak and flushing the toilet throught the night, amongst other noises. Terrible experience, but I felt even worse for the bride whose wedding and wedding night were interrupted by the hotels issues. Will not be back. Longer review on Google.

Th fire alarm went off 9 times in 48 hours and we had to evacuate the hotel each time. No explanation from the staff.

Wonderful, historic hotel with lots of charm and unique architecture. I can’t say anything negative about the hotel property itself. However, at all costs,, avoid the MacArthur dining room. Dismal dinner.

Historical evening....

Staff was awesome!!! The room we were in while very full of history in my opinion needs se attention. Bed was great! Furniture needs attention either retire it ir tidy it up, old English and tighten some screws etc. Food at the restaurant was pricey bit delicious steak!!!!!! Bruch was very good!!!! Truly did enjoy the history of the lobby!!!!!
