A friend was looking after the property, she was Brilliant on the ball and great sense of humour. Knew what she was doing , checking in was a breeze. A loose screw on drapes popped off, we let house keeping know. It was fixed right away. Not first time stayed at this property. So, we will be back. 😀

Room was clean/tidy. Bed and pillows were hard. There was a very noisy pump or motor noise coming from through the wall/above us every half an hour or so that was loud and annoying which needs addressing. Was alright for a cheap overnight stay.

Conveniently located.

Stayed here while working away from home. Location was excellent. Close to eateries, supermarket & other conveniences.Very clean, comfortable & spacious room. Rooms were serviced daily. Small dining table & cutlery provided was a bonus for breakfast before work. Staff were friendly & helpful. Affordably priced, I would definitely stay here again.

When my husband checked in he found that the room was very small and asked if there were any bigger rooms and when we went back we had been upgraded to a much better room at no extra charge. I had just had a procedure at John Hunter hospital and was very grateful to have such a comfortable room.
