Holiday Inn Express Newcastle was very comfortable and convenient. The staff were wonderful - very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We loved the convenience of the parking and the included breakfast was very good - a real bonus that the hot buffet was actually hot and beautifully cooked!

I Liked the location once I figured out how to get to the Hotel. I mentioned to the reception staff that I don't sleep well under doonas and the reeptionist informed me that I could have asked for Blankets and that she would note my file for next time. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
