You need to clean and air this property out, it’s musty, the vents in the bathroom are coated with dust, the shower in in need of a deep proper clean. The kitchen is falling apart and there are no utensils to use while cooking. Mow the back yard, that’s not usable. I left early and paid for other accommodation. Very dissatisfied

The Motel was generally well kept and the front desk staff were most welcoming. The room was small but most adequate for solo traveler. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately had a couple of issues, the fridge was not working which I didn't realize till morning and the reading light was also not working. Both faults report on checkout. The motel is located on a busy road and some noise spillover was noted when emergency services went by with sirens switched on. Generally good motel.

This was my third time staying at the property. Love its location (very short drive to the Mereweather ocean baths) and walking distance from a lovely little coffee shop. My only dislike was there was no toaster provided. Also needed to provide a cash security deposit as I don’t own a credit card which is annoying if you don’t carry cash. Overall experience was great.

Convenient location, family room was spacious, unfortunately due to staff shortages there was no servicing for the three days we were there. One would expect a discount for this issue when we had two family rooms but ….. this lack of servicing is happening more frequently now at many establishments, and it should be published and not dropped on you as you book in.

A decent motel to stop for a couple of nights. Everything you'd expect from this type of accommodation. Loved the use of BBQ and pool area was nice. Free parking on site was great. Had an issue with some stains on the duvet/towels, however one of the cleaners was super proactive and changed everything straight away!

The breakfast service was excellent but the hotel was not very near eating places. The Mary Ellen pub was very good and a walk to The Junction gave more choice of facilities. However the Motel was not near the beach and there was no convenient bus service there. The buses into town were good and fairly regular.

Very clean and comfortable. The cleaning product used was a bit intense and left a strong smell that required the room to be aired out. Bathroom fan was also very noisy and hopefully didn’t wake the neighbours!
