The Oceanfront House is an ideal place for a family vacation on the Newport Beach peninsula. This spacious 2-story home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across 2,306 square feet, accommodating up to 14 guests right on the boardwalk.

Inside, the first floor has a welcoming bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath, perfect for relaxing.

On the second floor, you’ll find five more bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, a private full bath, and beautiful views. A cozy sitting area in the master invites you to relax as you take in the scenery.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a shared view with access to a charming balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The home is nice but an abundance of flys when doors left open. There is construction next door and the trash has not been dumped causing the flies inside. A lot of activity on the boardwalk with a lot activity into the late morning hours with intoxicated people yelling and talking very loudly.Last the bbq needs to be replaced as only two burns work and cut was out of propane.Property does have beach chairs and sand toys along with ice chest for use on the beach. Great view from the front of property but they need to add some seating chairs to the deck area there are only loungers. Over all property was nice and comfortable with great sunset views.
