PARKING: - 1 space in shared 2-car garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley - Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered).
LAUNDRY: Shared coin-operated units are located in the garage. Guests must provide supplies.
LOCATION: A large park/playground and basketball court is right outside your door - a local favorite; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore are only 12 blocks south; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd.

Great location
This house is in such a great location. It is walking distance to all the great places to eat and coffee and of course the beach . The garage parking is a huge bonus. The place is clean with a beautiful kitchen. Overall it’s a wonderful spot.

Great Location Will All You Need!
We had a great time at this rental. The place was large enough to accommodate our party and in a great location to hit all the local hot spots. Restaurants, beach, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, all within a few minute walk. The property management was easy to communicate with and did a great job of ensuring our group had an amazing stay. Check in and check out was easy as well. Would definitely come back.
