The oceanfront patio is located on the first level and shared with the ground floor “A” unit, offering a welcoming space to relax by the beach. Each residence has its own designated dining table, seating area, umbrella, and propane BBQ grill, with a natural screen of foliage providing a sense of separation and privacy between spaces.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with a full range of major and small appliances to make meal preparation easy. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. A starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll is also included. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Laundry facilities are available on-site for guest use. Guests will need to provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One garage parking space is provided, best suited for small to mid-size vehicles. Additional neighborhood street parking—both metered and unmetered—may also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear and recreational equipment are available for rent at very reasonable rates, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack ’n Plays, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Please contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to help protect guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals for reservations less than 30 nights, as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
