From the sweet girl who checked us in, to the manager who was walking around checking on guests, everyone we came in contact with was so kind and always offering help, water, etc. The room was very nice, very clean and we had a great time.

We had an unfortunate experience during our recent stay. A bathroom vanity door, which was surprisingly being held in place with Velcro rather than being properly secured, fell off and injured my sister’s foot. Thankfully it wasn’t a child, as the impact could have easily caused a serious injury. We completed an incident report at the front desk, but unfortunately, no one has followed up with us since. It’s concerning that such a safety hazard existed in the first place, and the lack of communication afterward only added to our disappointment. We hope management takes this seriously and ensures that future maintenance issues are addressed properly—not just for the safety of guests, but to reflect a level of care that we expect from any hotel.

A staff walked into my room while I was undressed. I get it was a misunderstanding but when I informed the front desk she made it seem like I wasn’t a big deal. Although she did not apologize she gave me free valet. So I guess that makes up for it. But besides that it was a great stay very clean and updated space.
