The Space:

This charming three-bedroom, two-story condo has everything a large family needs to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach with front patio, ocean view rooftop deck and four car parking, this clean, updated rental is just a short walk to Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, an ideal spot for all beach activities.
LIVING and DINING
The lower level living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table and side chair, dining table with four chairs and a flat panel TV. The upper level has a queen-size sofa bed, loveseat, coffee table, ceiling fan and flat panel TV and an adjacent dining area with a table and seating for six.
Both kitchens are fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and granite counters. The ground floor unit has a breakfast bar with two stools for quick meals on the go.
BED and BATH
The ground floor bedroom has bright, colorful beachy décor, a queen bed and wall-mounted flat panel TV. The adjacent hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the tastefully decorated master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with shower. Kids will love the nautically-themed second bedroom with twin over double bunk and a full-size trundle. The nearby hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

This home is amazing! This was our since stay for our yearly family vacation and it was without a doubt great. Close to Knotts Berry Farm and so many beaches. Just over all an amazing property. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Pros: location, double kitchens, garage space is great, management is responsiveCons: poor fitting sheets on the queen bed upstairs, a dirty sock in one of the bunk beds...suggesting sheets didn't get changed?? Ants in the kitchen, water heater went out for two of the bathrooms inconveniently after a day at the beach, dirty dishes in the cupboards upon arrival, plates had been stacked when they were still wet. Dirty utensils in drawers, dishwasher that is confusing to use because some of the lights are broken. Dirty sinks when we arrived. The whole place needs a really good deep clean.

We had a great time. The house was in a great location and the garage size and parking was a big bonus. The roof top was very dirty when we arrived. It could use a good cleaning with the windows up there. Overall we enjoyed the place.

Awesome beach property!
Great location just steps from the beach! Rental was clean and updated beautifully. Our families felt comfortable and had a wonderful time. My only recommendation would be to include beach towels and a beach umbrella for guests to have access to. Traveling it’s difficult to be able to pack these items.

Perfect house for a family with kids
We loved staying at this house. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The house is very accommodating and prefect for a large group. The garage is huge and a huge plus. Love that all the stores are within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here .

Perfect Location!
Just steps from the sand and beach. It was also right by the bike path which was awesome! We loved the huge garage which is really rare here! The property was clean and fit our family perfectly! We would definitely stay here again!
