No A/C, no breakfast, and extra towels didn’t arrive till the next day during checkout. Pool needs to be open later . Dishwasher broken . Check for spiders . Remove the glass off the coffee table. Have extra blankets and towels. I still enjoyed my stay though. Nice bedroom Good view

Inside room the chairs, lamp shades, desk, & area with coffee pot run down. Food options. Restaurant on site, little time open. Need breakfast times. We had noisy neighbors upstairs. We talked to the parents. They had their kids in one room, them in another. Second night we were able to sleep. Leaving kids alone should not be allowed ! Think they said they were ,12 & 14. Internet good.Plenty of towels etc. Maids checked on us .

Someone broke into the room and hotel staff couldn’t do anything for us. We ended up leaving early and not staying the whole week and they wouldn’t give us a refund for those days either.

We loved the location and the patio area. Checking in was fine, but the front desk person who helped us said maybe three words the whole time, and then just tossed the property map and room keys our way. Be prepared to walk up quite a few flights of stairs. We were on the top floor and had to go up four flights of narrow stairs to get to our room – it wasn’t an issue for us, but we could see others struggling with it. We so loved relaxing on the patio, and waking up to the best view of the bay and boats. Bed was fine, mattress was a little firm for our liking but not uncomfortable at all.

Quiet night by the harbor.

Our room was on the second floor so a little bit of a struggle with our huge luggage but the view was worth it. We missed having an AC as there was none available. Opening the window was not enough but the area was quiet so it might work for others. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.
