When we first got there the clerk was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There waws a problem with the computers so he was having a hard time checking us in. We had reservations to eat so left for that. When we returned again the clerk was friendly but a little less with it. We ended up getting billed twice for the room. I noticed the extra charge on my credit card that night so we tried to fix it in the morning. They refunded one of the payments. I get home and look at my credit card statement and they charged me again for the room the same day they refunded the one charge. I am still owed roughly $195 and change. You can't reach anyone on the phone as everywhere has those automated systems that answer the phones and you can't get through to a live person. I had to go through opening a dispute with my card company.

This was a really nice hotel, pool and spa were very pleasant and clean, no chlorine smell, and the water was clear. Beds were comfortable, breakfast had lots of good choices, staff was very friendly. Strong water pressure in the shower. Definitely recommend.

This is our second stay here. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great with a variety of options. We always travel with our dog and loved that the hotel is pet friendly.

It was wonderful except for the people below us. Complaining that we were loud at 8pm. (We had 2 dogs and 2 yr) If you want it quit then stay at an adult only hotel not a family one. But a wonderful stay

The staff was very accommodating. I was about to purchase an air mattresses for cheap for extra sleeping space. We were very comfortable in our room. Breakfast was very nice. My stay was vert pleasant. Only thing i didnt like was the indoor pool and spa area. The room was very hot and the pool was cold. I think it should be the other way around. There was a lot of people using the pool area. So for the price of staying there the pool should be a lot bigger. But other than that i would stay again.
