When we first got there the clerk was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There waws a problem with the computers so he was having a hard time checking us in. We had reservations to eat so left for that. When we returned again the clerk was friendly but a little less with it. We ended up getting billed twice for the room. I noticed the extra charge on my credit card that night so we tried to fix it in the morning. They refunded one of the payments. I get home and look at my credit card statement and they charged me again for the room the same day they refunded the one charge. I am still owed roughly $195 and change.
You can't reach anyone on the phone as everywhere has those automated systems that answer the phones and you can't get through to a live person. I had to go through opening a dispute with my card company.
