Enjoyed how quiet the hotel was and their accommodations so we could be next door with our friends we were traveling with. The pool room was a bit muggy, but the kids enjoyed it. Love how close it was to the aquarium! Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was great and had good recommendations on places to eat. The beds were decent and the rooms were clean. The tv was spotty which made the kids grouchy. Another thing to realize is everywhere was super busy around here for dinner. It made it really difficult to find anywhere to eat, so keep that in mind!

I didn’t catch the front guys name that checked me in 7/25. What a great guy! So welcoming and informative! I haven’t gotten great service like that in a long time! Hotel is in a quiet spot, next to places to check out or go eat. Love that the pool is 24 hrs for adults. & as a dog lover I love that it’s a dog friendly hotel. One thing I hope that needed improvement was our room smelt like a dog might’ve had an accident in room and it smelt like the dog odor cleaning supply very strongly. I would most defiantly stay again! Thanks again!

When I checked into my room there was feces in the toilet and nail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. I asked a staff member to clean it up. I left for a few minutes. The toilet was cleaned but the clippings were still there on the floor. Which I disposed of.

This hotel surprised me. The bed was SO comfortable! The room was quiet, the amenities were so nice. Highly recommend staying here when in Newport, Oregon. We'll stay again!

I stayed at other La Quintas and they were great, but this one was a disappointment. Run down and smelly room, very stingy essentials (e.g., super-tiny shampoo bottle for two people), lobby reeked of chlorine, and to top it all off, we found black hair in the scrambled eggs at breakfast. Not what you would expect for $300/night.
