What a fantastic location! It is great being in such a quiet stretch of 101, with no other lights in sight. It makes for great sky gazing! The room was unique, the kitchenette was great to have when there aren't restaurants right outside. My absolute favourite thing was being directly on the beach with portholes to open and let the sound in without too much cold air, the beds had down pillows and a comforter that was cloud-like, and the hot water is boiling and never seems to end!

We loved our view! Comfortable bed. Liked the vibe. The bathroom sink had a drip that would have been annoying but we were there during a storm with strong winds and waves crashing which drowned out the audible drip.

A charming comfortable room with every amenity you can think of. Vaulted ceiling, balcony, keurig machine with very generous coffee supplies! There’s a definite 70’s vibe without being rundown. I was very pleasantly surprised and delighted.

Clean and quiet old time small motel directly on the beach. Room is small and comfy for me and my dog. Just a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view. Just north of Newport. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Very uncomfortable with the fact that there is only one lock on the door- in the door knob, which could easily be opened from the outside with a credit card slipped into the door jam. No deadbolt on internal door lock that can be secured after entering the room.

Loved our charming room with views of the sea from our bed. Everything was spotless and Peggy, our host, was super helpful, recommending local landmarks and restaurants. The Inn is right on the beach, and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. Highly recommended.

This is a very quaint motel with cute theme rooms. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. If you have accessibility issues ask about stairs as unit #8 has stairs in the room and is not in the Expedia description of the room.

The manager was very kind and helpful, suggesting restaurants and local interests. The bed was very comfortable, ocean view was limited from balcony due to room location. The room was recently remodeled and done very tastefully. Main concern was the property was right on the highway which resulted in a fair amount of truck noise. Also, access coming from Newport at night was difficult to see, particularly when there was traffic. A lighted sign a few feet ahead of the entrance on the approach would have helped.
