The staff was courteous and nice. One temporary problem with the room. The commode did not refill with water after flushing. Notified the front desk and someone from maintenance was sent to make the rep.

The room was dusty, the table was sticky and smeared. The dresser drawer would'nt stay closed. And the room cleaner we approached for garbage bags was very very rude with a terrible attitude.

I’m NOT a person to leave reviews but this was nothing short of UNREAL!!!! We had to change rooms 4 times within a 24 hour period of timei went to Virginia for a funeral and I cud not believe what I had to deal with. The rooms: . Filthy. Crumbs all over tables. Food in frig. Trash in trash can. Hair in sink. Shower water coming out of walls. Toilet not working. Door knobs to bathroom non functional. Staff doesn’t take hotel business serious. Hilton is getting a bad rap by allowing this facility to use its name. Unreal. I spent so much time trying to deal with the mess I feel like I could not be present for my family the way I should have. I reached out to hotels.com for resolution assistance. I paid for 2 nights and got refunded for one. They would not refund the one night we stayed and cancel the 2nd night. I cud not handle the unnecessary stress while trying to be supportive to Mr family. Disheartening to say the least

The room felt more than neglected. The toilet was broken. Wouldn’t flush. Had to fix that. Mystery stains on bed. Water didn’t get hot. People were yelling and screaming across the hall all night. Called down to the desk multiple times and nothing was done. Woke up to our bed shaking because the room right next to us was having sex at 4am. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all.

Check-in was terrible. Had to be shown three rooms. First one had the tv and bathroom lights on, so it was clearly not ready. In the second room there was a humming sound and the toilet’s water kept running. In the third room the fridge was dirty and a piece from the tub was not repaired. The walls are super thin, so you hear your neighbors while they are using the bathroom, also. Would NOT recommend this hotel.
