The worst ever
My stay was terrible. I checked in around 7 pm and from 9-2am I couldn’t sleep.Loud stomping and noise coming from the room above me. I reported it to the front desk twice via phone and on the 3rd time at 1am I went down to the front desk to complain. I was told yet again someone will speak to them but nothing was done. My kids and I was able to fall asleep at around 2 but had to wake up at 6 to get on the road to continue our trip. I spoke to management the next morning and she apologized and promised a refund. But it has been a week and I have yet to see a refund. This is the worst hotel in Hampton Virginia. Dont stay here . The staff doesn’t care, hallways smell of weed, people arguing in the hallway breakfast was limited ice machine made loud sounds through the night. Very horrible experience

Nice Hyatt Hotel. Very clean. Walking distance to Convention Center and loads of options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Hold on card very affordable and staff was quite friendly. 10/10 woukd stay here again.

We stayed for 2 night and the hotel was decent; however, we were informed staff only cleaned the rooms if you stayed 3 or more night. We’ve never heard this policy before, so we were taken aback. Luckily I asked for additional towels and wash clothes prior to finding this out. We also requested someone to at least come by and pick up the trash, that we collected ourselves and put out in the hallway. We did end up finding the house keepers and asking for clean linen to change ourselves.
