Great position and fantastic views. BUT this property is tired. 20 years ago it would have been unbelievable. Now it just needs a complete overhaul. Rotting veranda, peeling paint, new kitchen. It’s still functional but you are paying full dollar for faded glory.

Beautiful estate in need on some love.

The Villas have wonderful views that the photos do not do justice. Upon entry the spaces feel luxurious and resort like. However, it soon dawns on you that the current owners just don't seem to care anymore. They are trying to sell and it shows. They even showed up to show a potential buyer through our villa unannounced! Lights in the kitchen were out, waterfall in pool wasn't running, nor was the heated spa. It all just felt like cost saving till they could get it off their hands. On the day we left we couldn't even find someone to hand our keys back to after searching for 20 mins we just had to leave the keys on the table. I just really hope someone buys this place soon and give it and the guests the love and respect it deserves.

Incredible stay

My partner and I were so unsure of where to stay when we were looking for accommodation I'm Byron until we found this little perfect spot. we had villa 2 and it was beautifully designed and spacious enough for more than 2 people. the views are simply breathtaking and the serenity is uncomparable. the rooms are old and that shows here or there but nothing really too big to take away from our experience. the caretaker was more than hospitable and I can't stress enough how enriching this stay is, only 10 minutes from the heart of Byron.

Great Byron accomodation and location

Great accommodation and location 15 minutes or so from Byron. Fantastic views from high point on the hills overlooking Byron and surrounding coast line. Ideal stay for anyone looking for a quiet spot but within easy reach of Byron and surrounding beaches and other attractions.

We stayed at the Four Winds as part of our honeymoon after marrying in Byron Bay - it was magical... stunning views and an amazing villa - like our own Balinese oasis! Highly recommend!
