There were a couple of staff members that deserved special mention. Mai was always there when we needed something. She made our trip special. Also Luan she worked the front desk was very helpful with transportation and places to see and go. We had a wonderful experience at the VinPearl Empire.

From the moment we walked into the hotel everything was perfect. Seamless check in after a long day. The room was beautiful. The restaurant was great. Our stay was amazing! The best hotel we stayed at in all of Vietnam. The service was outstanding. I want to thank the manager Q for answering all our questions and helping us when we were troubled.
