Amazing rooms, communal spaces and buffet breakfast. Such a shame that the pool is situated where the sun is only felt before midday, after that there is constant shade so you need to go to the beach to enjoy the sun

I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff are amazing and even organised for a little birthday cake to be sent up to my room. Thuy at the buffet breakfast was so friendly and sweet and made great recommendations on which options to try, thanks Thuy, you are lovely! The hotel is better than the pictures, super clean and very fancy and the most comfortable bed

Melia is for me the place I feel like home, easy and fast check in, recognition of guest, amenities in the room, I was surprised that the arrival letter card was written for me and my partner, this was awesome detail as they have the records, it is always a pleasure to stay here as well the food has improved greatly, very happy as usual

I traveled with a family of eight, and we were placed on different floors, which made it difficult to meet up and check on each other. Aside from that, the stay was decent, and the location was very walkable.

The hotel has a good location. The staff were also very friendly. However, there were no employees who could speak Korean. The bed sheets were dirty on the first day, but they were replaced after talking to the lobby.
