Great value for money, friendly staff.

Close to everything, can’t really fault it for the value for money, initially the photos of the hotel on Expedia were misleading and rendered artificially, but after discussing the issue with the hotel staff and owner they changed the photos as soon as they could and treated us well during our stay. Ps. Beds are very comfortable :)

Poor service, poor breakfast

This was a very new hotel and the poor service showed this. Initially the Google maps location is incorrect so we spent about 30 minutes 100 metres down the road in able to find the hotel. There was no service to take your bags to the room and the check out time and breakfast times were not explained. We only happened to find the rooftop pool on the last day by exploring ourselves. The rooms are very clean and everything is brand new, even though the room had a strange layout. The hallways are very loud at night due to slamming of the heavy wood doors to each room. We was upgraded to a nicer room for the 2nd night which was lovely until there was a powercut at 1am for over an hour. The room was very hot and sweaty and nobody could explain to us what was going on. Breakfast was a shambles, nobody to greet you or explain what was going on. We had dry toast and there was no butter or jam.... Finally on the day of check out (12midday) the cleaners tried to come in and clean the room at 9am whilst we were still using it, very odd. Overall, clean room but not much else, would recommend staying somewhere else.

As soon as we flush the toilet the bathroom starts to stink as if there was a problem with canalisation. The AC drips in the corner opposite to the drain in the bathroom, making the floor all wet all the time. Their is no actual shower, only a shower head in the small standing bath with no where to hold it properly. The room is big, clean and relatively comfortable. However, it is not chic like the pictures make you think, but more kitsch. Our room was light lavender with a bright pink bathroom. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the ding of the elevator whenever it reaches a floor. We were also woken up by a crying baby at 6:30 because the walls are so thin.

생각보다 작았던 방

전체 평점은 60점입니다 골목안에있어 차량이 들어가기 힘들어 한바퀴 돌아서 찾아갔습니다. 시설은 깨끗해서 좋았으나 방이 많이 작아 좀 불편했습니다. 중국인들이 많아 아침에 조식 먹을때 불편했습니다. 조식도 맛있는게 별로 없어 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 스텝들은 아주 친절해서 여행기간에 편안하게 있었습니다.

가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔

신축하여 오픈한지 얼마되지 않은 호텔로 모든것이 깨끗했고 편안했다. 직원들은 요구사항이 있으면 즉각 친절히 대응해줘서 불편함 없이 지내다 왔다. 조식이 포함되어 있었지만내 생활패턴과 맞지않아 먹어보지는 못했다. 호텔의 이름에서 알수 있듯이 예쁜 원룸같은 느낌의 방이었다. 침대가 커서 잠자는데 너무 편안했고 엔틱풍의 가구들이 나름 좋았다. 위치도 해변가에서 한블록 들어간 이면에 있지만 여유롭게 걸어도 5분이면 도착했고, 여행객들이 많이 가는 세일링클럽 역시 5분이면 갈수있다. 호텔앞에 식당들이 많아서 식사하는것도 불편함이 없다. 익스피디아에서 제공하는 길찾기를 클릭하면 호텔이 아닌 20초정도 옆의 건물을 안내해줘 당황했지만 호텔에 전화하자 직원이 금방 데리러왔다. 수정이 필요해 보인다. 정확히 말하는거지만 이가격에서 매우 만족했다. 이가격대에서 호텔을 구하는 사람이라면 후회하지 않을것이다. 위치 시설 청결 직원 등등
