Very clean. Good sized room. Boston pizza attached is a huge bonus. Water park was fun and clean however older kids got bored within a couple hrs. That being said they did go back multiple times. However in other parks would often go strong for 5-6hrs

Room was great and very clean. The waterpark was perfect for our 4 year-old. Very convenient to have Boston Pizza right on site. The breakfast was just okay. Powdered eggs weren’t quite what I was expecting.

⸻ The staff were all very polite and friendly, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The park itself was good, though it could have been cleaner—especially the floors, as many guests were walking in straight from outside with their boots on. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days with the kids. We also enjoyed the Boston Pizza restaurant on site; both the food and the service were very good. We had a great time and would recommend it to others—and we’ll definitely be returning ourselves.

We check in Christmas Eve, kids went waterpark then when they finished, my 13 years old son starting not well, hard breathing. On early morning, I told him to Niagara Emerg for immediate care. His Asthma trigger of the strong Chlorine. When we came back from the ER, I went to spoke to manager and I took the swimwear to prove that the chlorine is very strong, the swimwear was faded from black to gray. The manager shoes me that the chlorine level is consistency from morning are the same, but I still discuss that the level is strong. We Spent our Christmas morning are the Emerg and we missed our plan in the morning. The manager gave us check out at 12 noon instead of 11. But not worthed that your son is being sick. And also my daughter eyes like swollen also and I took her to our room and shower and she’s crying that she can’t pee, burning as painful to pee. We had bad stay for Chritmas eve and Chritmas Day. My kids said, they don’t want to go at Americana again. As we used to come at Fallsview Waterpark every holiday to celebrate also my daughter Birthday. We tried to changed the resorts but bad experienced overall.

Rooms were good. One of the duvet was dirty. They couldn't replace with another duvet as it was evening time and housekeeping people were gone. Instead they provided a blanket which worked out fine. The waterpark is fair. Not excellent but not bad either. Arcade was not good.
