Great variety in the hotel and outside of. Staff were friendly. Only one down side is the wait time for elevators, I waited for 10 minutes and ended up riding to the top only to get to the lobby.

We stayed over one night, to see a show at the OLG stage. Our room’s thermostat stayed steady at 23.5 despite any attempts to cool it down. We also had to park several blocks away and get shuttled to and from our car. The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned very thoroughly. Wouldn’t recommend.

Enjoyed the view of the falls. Many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Easy walk to the Falls.

I could not believe the price for fallsview room hiked up to $700 for a Saturday and inside the room there's no microwave, the bed is extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and worn. Hey ruin our vacation because my back was hurting just from the bed. I definitely will never be staying here again

Great value!

Room was great with excellent view. Very great location close to many restaurants with Wego bus stop right outside. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Room bathroom could be cleaner , toilet was not cleaned during our stay. Hotel could use a refresh especially the elevators some were not working at various times

We spent four nights. Check-in was a lengthy wait. The guest services were NOT knowledgeable about simple things -- parking, internet, billing, etc. The room & view were spectacular! I suggest a full fallsview overlook. The infinity pool was a nice touch. The elevators are fast. Check out the Brazilian steakhouse on site. A/C was hard to find a comfortable spot. Parking is a rip-off! Find an off site lot...

I am a frequent user of Hilton. However, this time, I think I was cheated out of breakfast and the rooms that we took (4460, 4560 and 4660), the A/C was super noisy to the level that you cannot sleep if you don't turn it off.
