Rooms were older, but very clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful with local knowledge to help plan your day. Pool was unavailable, but they have a bonfire set up along the waterfront. Overall great stay!

Pretty average motel stay. The woman we spoke to at check-in was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips for viewing the falls, but in the room, the bathroom fan wasn't working and the pool was extremely run-down.

The room was clean, bed was good enough, neighborhood was safe, close to the falls, and owner was extremely nice. Only thing I'd say that could make the place better is some updates and repairs to the facility. But I'm sure if they did that the price would go way up. If you're looking for the best place in Niagara this ain't it, if you're looking for the best place in Niagara for under $200 a night this is the place. Great place to rest your head when you're out of the hotel most of the day.
