If you are looking for a room for a one night stay well on the road this is a great hotel. No elevator, but the common area is well maintained. The rooms are ok, but the pillows are thin and the breakfast is small.

Our room was incredibly small. I would have liked a desk. The bed was hard but nice pillows. We had wonderful daily housekeeping services. The breakfast was fabulous although the dining area was very tiny and I had to wait often for a table. The staff was friendly and very polite and helpful. Overall a nice stay for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and had many offerings. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We were traveling with a 1 & 3 year old and this hotel was an excellent choice for families. We also liked the location as it was well off the road and near neighborhoods instead of being in a noisy, busy section of the city. It was also close to Safari Niagara which was perfect for those with toddlers in tow. We will stay there again when we re-visit the Niagara Falls area.

The hotel only has one room with accessibility facilities. It did make it a bit difficult to stay. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but has lots of parking. Breakfast gave excellent options.
