The staff were great, but the rooms were a bit less than desirable. Noise from the nearby highway as well as from other rooms (loudly closing doors, people talking, etc.) in the hotel easily made their way into the room. In an effort to provide amenities in the room (jetted tub, desk, wardrobe, etc.) the room became crowded. Wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and was taped back in place in one spot. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were throw-pillow sized.

The power was out multiple times that evening - and the room was freezing. There was no hot water at all - nobody was able to shower. Best part? They charged the full rate!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The best part of this stay was the breakfast! So many options and tasted so good. The staff was very friendly too. I travelled with family and we all have young kids and the staff were amazing with them.

Arrived well after dark. Road to motel gave the vibe I was entering a horror movie . (Not an issue Comfort Inn could control) upon arrival the only light in the parking lot was that from the street light on the road near the parking lot. Mentioned it to desk the desk clerk. She didn’t seem to concerned. The carpet to the second floor was filthy. Many spots and traffic pattern. No one there seemed to be concerned about anything. The motel was nothing like the commercials. Soap dispenser was empty. No Kleenex. Door hinge didn’t close. Had too pull it shut. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. I’d post pictures but I don’t see anywhere to post.
