Les chambres et les couloirs auraient besoin d’entretien général. C’est propre mais désuet. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres d’une belle grandeur! Le déjeuner répétitif est correct et l’endroit où manger est vraiment beau. Contrairement à plusieurs hôtels visités, les breuvages (café,thé,jus, eau) ne sont pas accessibles gratuitement après les heures de déjeuner. Aucun fruit ni yogourt. A 2 pas de Clifton Hill. Situation parfaite!

Property looked really rundown and had an odd smell. Rooms need some updating. Breakfast was ok not a whole lot of options. But location was perfect it was walking distance to all the attractions and landmarks we wanted to explore.

It was a nice hotel with breakfast and a pretty pool. Rooms and beds were good. Location was perfect. It had parking too. Would absolutely go again.

The hotel is in the perfect spot, minutes to the falls and shopping, yet at the quiet part of town. It was very easy to drive in and out off and great free parking. The breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great value for the price. Staff is very friendly and very close walking distance to main attractions around the falls. Even though outside and lobby area look very good, I believe rooms need to be renovated as furniture had stains and wall as well. Mattress was not very comfortable. Other than that, good stay.

Room wasn't the cleanest and furniture was old. Tv in bedroom didn't work and inly got 4 channels. Good if you want to be close to the falls and action but that's about it. Breakfast was not the best. Even by quick hotel breakfast standards i give it a 2 out of 5
