Great Hotel 10 minutes from Niagara Falls

It smelled so good when we entered the lobby! The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff is super friendly.

I reserved 3 rooms for family. At check in, we were all there to pay separately for our rooms. The man checking us in was too busy helping everyone who walked up to the counter than actually listening to our request. All of the rooms were charged to one card, which isn’t the end of the world, except in customer service. Totally disregarded.

We’ve stayed at many hotels for hockey, and this is easily my favorite. Easy process, quick and friendly/helpful service from all staff, and large clean rooms. Every floor has its own sitting area for hanging out and socializing. Great breakfast selection. We will return.

We got good experience with a gentleman in front of desk. Have some reason we arrived early 730, we glad that they can did it early check in with fee. That was a amazing stay.

Overall, very nice!

This is a very modern hotel that needs no updating. The facilities and the room we stayed in were very clean. The double queen suite was very spacious. We went for the sole purpose of getting away with the kids so that they could swim. The pool is small but it is literally as warm as bath water. We went to the pool on Saturday & Sunday and both times no towels were available. You have to go to the front desk and they will give you some. The intense chlorine smell was a bit off-putting but the pool served its purpose. Overall, the staff were friendly. We went down for breakfast at 10:30 but it apparently closed at 10:00am. Our fault, should have payed closer attention. The 4th floor bar/light fare food area is open Sunday - Thursday; which I find very odd. You think that they would especially be open on Friday and Saturday nights. There is no room service so we ordered a pizza from a local shop and had it delivered. Simply a FYI, the elevator is quite slow.
