Toilet was not working properly, fridge was not operating properly. My wife’s birthday cake got spoiled. Manager Kevin did not do anything to compensate the situation which was very unprofessional since the receptionist advised us to speak to a manager to compensate us and he did not care what so ever, he giggled about my wife’s cake.

This is my first time using Expedia and needless to say not too sure if I will be using it again spent 45 minutes at check-in trying to find Syd reservation that I made.
