I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Niagara Fallsview Hotel & Suites, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we checked in, the experience was seamless and warm—staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. But the real star of the stay? The view. Our suite overlooked the majestic Horseshoe Falls, and waking up to the roar and mist of the falls from our window was nothing short of magical. The jetted tub in the room was the perfect touch—imagine soaking while enjoying the illuminated night view of the falls. Absolutely unforgettable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being in a lively part of the city, the room was peaceful and quiet. Location-wise, you can’t ask for better. We were steps away from top attractions like the Fallsview Casino, Skylon Tower, and several restaurants. Everything was walkable, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. While parking is an additional cost (common in the area), the valet service was prompt and courteous, making it worth it for the peace of mind. In short, this hotel offers outstanding value, unbeatable views, and a truly memorable Niagara experience. I would absolutely recommend booking a Fallsview suite—you won’t regret it. Already planning our return trip!

Niagara Fallsview Hotel & Suites was a huge disappointment, especially for the price of an overnight stay. There was a barking dog(s) that kept us awake, especially since I have a sleep disorder. The staff was not helpful in rectifying the issue. Because of this huge inconvenience, I request a full refund on the charges for the room. Please respond to this request.

The view from the room was great, but that’s about where it stops. The beds need new mattresses, and the incredibly loud AC made a giant puddle on the floor. The staff was nice and apologetic and took out my parking fee as an apology.

This hotel is great: decent prices, friendly staff, clean. I liked that it was at the end of a quieter street with amazing views of Horseshoe falls. I will say you can’t see the nightly fireworks, nor the American side of the falls. But otherwise this is a very great spot to stay, close and walkable to it all, easy access parking (additional cost but worth it, with hotel key in and out ease), amazing views.

View was worth every penny!

We had a corner room with a spa tub on the 6th floor. Very comfortable room with a nice comfy bed. The view of the falls was to die for and was the definite highlight! I highly recommend coughing up the extra dough for a room with a view of the falls, #639 if you can get it!

I booked this hotel on Dec. 17, 2024, based on an ad showing a room with a clear horseshoe falls view—exactly what we wanted for our handicapped son. But when we arrived, the falls were barely visible from our room—not even a quarter of what was shown. I called the front desk to raise the issue and was put on hold for a long time. When I went down, there was no line as claimed. The staff said we already had the “best view” and that they were fully booked, so no room change was possible. Very disappointing after booking months in advance based on their photos. We felt that our concern was taken for granted the way the front desk dealt with us. We paid for a horseshoe view, what we got was a marriot hotel building view. Also, the room was stocked for just 1 person—only 3 towels and 1 set of toiletries for our group of 5. While more towels were eventually brought, we had to buy our own toiletries. Some staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.
