I booked a river view room but the room given to me was a city view room. I asked the front desk and was told that it’s all the same regardless if you book a river view or city view room. So I said it’s a clickbait then bad he apologized. I was too tired so I didn’t really had the energy to argue but will never book with this hotel again.

Fall view was fantastic, room clean and spacious! and location was perfect could walk everywhere from here. Pool was a little disappointing, very small, rules not adhered to by other patrons and not enforced by hotel staff.

Disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. No complimentary water was provided in the room, and the only option was a vending machine on the 12th floor—which, ironically, didn’t even work. For a room that costs over $130 a night, offering at least a bottle of water should be standard. It’s about basic hospitality, not squeezing every last dollar out of guests.

Good points include the spectacular view of the falls, the friendly cheerful service, the jacuzzi tub and the price. Downsides fact at the building is older and has a bit of shabbiness to the suite. There were some water stains on the ceiling and the furnishings are older though comfortable. Found a long single black hair in one of the towels. That wasn't pleasant but everything else was clean.

The room was fairly clean; however, found hair in the bathtub. Stayed for one night and when checking out the next morning, my daughter noticed that she had many bug bites on her body. She noted that she felt itchy throughout the night and only noticed the bug bites in the morning. She didn’t have any bites prior to this stay. My wife works in housekeeping and she knows that this is not normal. We stayed in room 1433 on May 10.
