Average stay. It was enough for what we needed, but if you expect “fancy”, this is not your hotel. Rooms do have refrigeration. No microwave. Working A/C and heat. Very small bathroom. Minimal TV channels (maybe 5).

whole building smelled like smoke. walked into our room and it was obvious it hadn't been vacuumed. put down our bags and saw a cockroach crawling on the floor. killed it and took it to the front desk as proof so we could get a refund. stay away

I was disappointed with my stay at Kalika Hotel in Niagara Falls. I had requested room cleaning, but my room was never cleaned. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the third floor yourself, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel is not very close to Niagara Falls compared to most other nearby hotels, making it less convenient for sightseeing. Overall, I expected better service and location for the price.

Everything was perfect, except for the chair in in the room was staying and disgusting. And the shower could’ve been cleaned better.
