Unfortunately this hotel does not have a luggage room, which means if you have a late return trip the day you check out you have to take your bag/bags with you around the Niagra. Not so good.

The young black lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient. She was very helpful when I was asking about the surrounding area. I really appreciate that. My room was quite nice. I wish breakfast could be better with more options but it was ok.

Great place for casino and falls

This was a great place for access to the falls, the casino and it included parking and breakfast. We walked to both destinations easily so it was nice to park the car and just have a walk. The only thing you will need to take note of is there are stairs - just a few but if this is an issue you may want to consider. The other thing was the TV - very few channels and poor reception. Luckily, we weren't there for that. We would stay again.
