I call to cancel my reservation the reception said he would do the cancelation but never did I was still chargered. When I called I was put on hold for 15mins and no one came to the phone.I wasnt able to cancel with expedia because it I passed check in time that I called .I was suppose to book at Naigra Canada and I mistakenly booked Kalika Ny .

Bathrooms are very small with no locks there is no full size mirror and not much space for multiple people staying in one room. One couch was really old and dirty. Charges were high against the cost of the room Breakfast was very basic with no butter refill! Waffle was very cold and non tasty no option for hot waffle making

This was a nice hotel for doing the Niagara Falls tour. The only problem was that the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to keep messing with the tank to get it to flush.

Its poorly maintained i would say the room cleanliness is not great saw some debris all over the room and the bathroom and asked to get towels replaced multiple times and never got them. And the only good thing i would say is the Italian restaurant nearby has a great food.

Tv did not work dust every were tub was dirty hair was every were toe nails in the bathroom floor, breakfast was boxed waffles and bagels which they ran out so that was crappy , and to top it off the coffee was a machine and it came out watery. And started pounding not knocking they pounded a hour before check out
