The staff was super nice and friendly, chatting with guests, actively wiping things down, helping with everything. The rooms were spotless and quiet. You don't hear people walking in the hallway. And the beds were comfortable.

Mostly a good stay BUT 2 things need attention. Nice to have complimentary shampoo etc BUT only if it has product filled and available. Our bodywash was empty in the shower so that was inconvenient having to exit shower and get your own which was in the other room. Also hotel policy MUST be mandatory for noisey guests to be charged additional fees. Being awakened early morning from a sound sleep by adults loudly speaking to their young child in the hall isn't ok and we were at the END of the hall .Selfish people who don't care about waking others made this stay poor. No need for people's rudeness to reflect on the estsblishment BUT a policy to end nonsense like this needs to happen. Cost to stay isn't cheap anymore so returning patrons need to be assured they get a decent return for what they pay. complimentary
