Can’t really comment on this hotel because they informed me 2 days before my arrival that they couldn’t accommodate my reservation which was made months in advance. To their credit, they moved me to a nice property for the same rate but the way this was handled was poor. I asked for an email confirmation of the changes but never got anything. The other property initially wanted to charge me a higher rate but adjusted this when I pointed it out.

The hotel was perfect but unfortunately there was hidden fees for parking $50 per room and we had two rooms and they charged us $135 per one night just for parking and they didn’t told us up front that we checked in.

I have booked this hotel twice and both times we were called on the day of check in that there was a problem with the hotel and they had to send us to their other property. Was told it was a better property than theirs yet when we got our room at the Hilton Fallsview the room was mediocre and the main lights would not turn on. I won’t be booking again as I should have learned the first time.
