Everything was perfect except the breakfast option, the restaurant ihop in the tower charge way too much for what it is, a cup of coffee 6$ for a small one is too expensive and nothing justefy a waffle at 33$ the plate.

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Stay! First of all, the views from the hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful — totally worth the money! The rooms are a bit small but perfect and cozy for a couple. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless — 10/10 for cleanliness! The hotel provides great facilities and a 24/7 shuttle service for parking, which is super convenient. They even give coupons for nearby restaurants and activities around Niagara Falls — great food options and a perfect dining experience. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and definitely worth visiting. I’d love to go there again

Scott at reception was very helpful and flexible. Made our stay very pleasant. At breakfast, a staff served us was so friendly and attentive, but other staff was not interested in customer and the didn’t even acknowledge at the door as we were leaving. More customer training could just the price.
