The staff were exceptional, from the time we walked in to the time we left. Kim was an outstanding, pleasant waitress . The morning staff at breakfast just as wonderful. The food was great. Hotel was quiet, clean, overall a perfect 10!! The patio was a great surprise. Wife and I will be staying here every time we visit Niagara Falls. Thank you ❤️

Overall, nice day. My wife and I come usually once a month in Niagara. Was disappointing how much money I had to pay for parking that’s more than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. It was loud all night unfortunately people were running all throughout the hallways. Otherwise, the rooms were cleanly. Water stains on the ceiling in our room but overall it was nice

the property was very quaint. We like the ambiance. the only thing we were a little disappointed with was the bathroom area as it was crowed with the door leading into the bathroom opened to the outside and with the sink there you had to be careful not to hit anyone coming out of the bathroom. if the door opened into the bathroom, this would alleviate this problem. Other than that, it was wonderful.

My wife and I have stayed at the Old Stone Inn several times now, and I can easily recommend both the hotel and the staff. They’re always very welcoming and helpful, and the service has been consistently great each time we visit. The location is perfect if you want to stay just outside the heavy crowds, but still be within walking distance to the main attractions around Niagara Falls. 9.5/10.

While most hotels in my experience are able to accommodate early check in (for a fee of course) they were not able to. The suggested I try again later... but it really made no sense at that time! The parking fee was $40 per night which I thought was a bit high... especially since they didn't have continental breakfast either... so just racking up extra costs left and right. The key cards stopped working after 1-2 uses... and housekeeping woke us up at 9am on our check out day. Check out isn't until 11am. Staff were friendly though for the most part. But... it wasn't the best experience overall. They did redeem themselves quite a bit though at the end. Upon leaving my mother lost one of her hearing aids in the room. We couldn't find it anywhere! I reported it at checkout and they said they would contact us if found by staff. Only a couple hours later we received a call that they found it. Saved my mom a lot of inconvenience and money. So that was much appreciated!

Hotel was not busy. It was a cold first of June. Outdoor bar looked great. Would have liked to have seen it on a warmer night. Room was quiet & comfortable facing the court yard. A lot of add ons with the bill. Base price of $79 ended up at $160 with all of the taxes & fees.

Not a Boutique Hotel. Low standard of decor and comfort. Lots of fake stuff to make it look old but just makes it look cheap. too expensive to park when there is a $10.00 parking area accross the road. Superior room was less than average.
